PLANet Youth Conference 2009
By Green Screen TV Team, Richmond, CA
The Young Planners Network brought high school youth groups from New York, Chicago, New Orleans, Seattle and the SF Bay Area together at UC Berkeley to plan together for "Building Bridges to a Sustainable Future". More than 100 young people and their adult allies met to "create a place at the table" for youth in planning the urban places they do and will inhabit. The 5 minute video was taped and edited by youth from EarthTeam’s Green Screen TV Project. See it to appreciate the accomplishments at the conference as well as the Green Screen team.
